I wide strips and cul-de-sac for future Chapman Way and Norton Avenue. <br /> 2 NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: <br /> 3 1. OWNER represents and warrants that she is the fee title OWNER of the land described <br /> 4 in Exhibit"A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 5 2. Said land is to be used as a public roadway. <br /> 9 3.
