OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title <br /> 4 OWNERS of the land described in Exhibit "A" which is attached <br /> 5 hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 6 2 . OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free <br /> 7 and clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments <br /> 8 within ninety ( 90 ) days after written request for the same <br /> 9 is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which <br /> 10 is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to <br /> 11 be used as a public roadway. <br /> 12 3 .
