93110079 <br /> 1 the building permit, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto <br /> 2 as follows: <br /> 3 1. OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title <br /> 4 OWNERS of the land described in Exhibit "A", which is attached <br /> 5 hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 6 2. OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 7 clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments within <br /> 8 ninety (90) days after written request for the same is made by <br /> 9 COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B", which is attached <br /> 10 hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as a <br /> 11 public roadway. <br /> 12 3.
