97849978 <br /> 1 approval which require an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a 25 foot <br /> 2 wide strip on Fisher Road (Private) . <br /> 3 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 4 Site Approval SA-97-13 , it is agreed by and between the parties <br /> 5 hereto as follows : <br /> 6 1 . OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title <br /> 7 OWNERS of the land described in Exhibit "A" , which is <br /> 8 attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 9 2 . OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free <br /> 10 and clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments <br /> 11 within ninety (90) days after written request for the same <br /> 12 is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" , <br /> 13 which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said land <br /> 14 is to be used as a public roadway. <br /> 15 3 .
