<br /> Beginning at.the intersection of the northerly line of French Camp Road with the
<br /> westerly line of the Hogan Road (U.S. 99), as described in deed to State of California,
<br /> recorded April 24, 1931, in Vol. 361 of official records, page 460, San Joaquin County
<br /> records; thence North 1 degree 38' east along the said westerly line of Hogan Road,
<br /> 300.20 feet to the southerly line of the land described in deed to Frances A. Maupin
<br /> and Charles E. Maupin, her husband, recorded May 11, 1950, in Vol. 1274 of official
<br /> records, page 102, San Joaquin County records; thence south 88 degrees 22' west,
<br /> along said southerly line, 276.86 feet to the westerly line of the land described in deed
<br /> to John E. Fisher and wife, recorded September 1, 1923, in book "A" of deeds,
<br /> Vol. 555, page 368, San Joaquin County records; thence south 1 degree 38' east
<br /> along said westerly line of John E. Fisher's land, 184.67 feet to the northerly line of
<br /> said French Camp Road; thence south 68 degrees 59' east along said northerly line,

<br /> Begin at a point on the westerly line of the Hogan Road, as it now exists, bearing north
<br /> 1 degree 38' west, 300.20 feet from the point of intersection of the northerly line of
<br /> French Camp Road with the westerly line of said Hogan Road, said point of beginning,
<br /> also bearing south 1 degree 38' east, 539.60 feet from the northeasterly corner of that
<br /> certain parcel of land as deeded to John E. and Amy J. Fisher, as per deed in Vol. 732
<br /> of official records, page 425, San Joaquin County records; thence north 1 degree 38'
<br /> west along the easterly line of said Fisher lands, 539.60 feet to the northeasterly corner
<br /> of said lands; thence south 88 degrees 22' west along the northerly line of said Fisher
<br /> lands, 276.86 feet to the northwesterly corner of said lands; thence south 1 degree 38'
<br /> east along the westerly line of said Fisher lands, 530.60 feet to a point; thence north
<br /> 88 degrees 22' east parallel to the northerly line of said Fisher lands, 276.86 feet to the
