COLEMAN, hereinafter <br /> 12 referred to as OWNERS: <br /> 13 W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> • 14 WHEREAS, Minor Subdivision MS-90-60 , was approved by the San <br /> 15 Joaquin County Planning Division on February 20, 1990, for the <br /> 16 subdivision or development of land on the hereinafter described <br /> 17 property with certain conditions of approval which require an <br /> 18 Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a 25 foot wide strip on a future <br /> 19 road, south of Forest Lake Road. <br /> 20 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 21 Minor Subdivision MS-90-60 , it is agreed by and between the <br /> 22 parties hereto as follows : <br /> 23 1 . OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title <br /> 24 OWNERS of the land described in Exhibit "A" which is <br /> 25 attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 26 2 .
