OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free <br /> • 2 and clear of all taxes , liens , encumbrances and assessments <br /> 3 within ninety ( 90 ) days after written request for the same <br /> 4 is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which <br /> 5 is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
