OWNER represents and warrants that she is the fee title OWNER <br /> 3 of the land described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto <br /> 4 and incorporated herein. <br /> 5 2 . OWNER agrees to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free <br /> 6 and clear of all taxes , liens, encumbrances and assessments <br /> 7 within ninety (90) days after written request for the same <br /> 8 is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which <br /> 9 is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to <br /> 10 be used as a public roadway. <br /> 11 3 .
