gLol '- 6753 <br /> 1 described property with certain conditions of approval which <br /> 2 require an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a 45-foot wide strip <br /> 3 along the easterly property line (future Neeley Road Extension) <br /> 4 of Parcels 1 and 2 . <br /> 5 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 6 Minor Subdivision MS-92-118 , it is agreed by and between the <br /> 7 parties hereto as follows: <br /> 8 1 . OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title <br /> 9 OWNERS of the land described in Exhibit "A" which is <br /> 10 attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 11 2 . OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 12 clear of all taxes , liens , encumbrances and assessments <br /> 13 within ninety ( 90 ) days after written request for the same <br /> 14 is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which <br /> 15 is attached hereto and incorporated herein . Said land is to <br /> 16 be used as a public roadway. <br /> 17 3 .
