96107937 <br /> 1 of Lot 21 as described in Exhibit "B" . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 3 Site Approval SA-95-18, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto <br /> 4 as follows : <br /> 5 1 . OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title OWNERS <br /> 6 of the land described in Exhibit "A" , which is attached hereto <br /> 7 and incorporated herein. <br /> 8 2 . OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 9 clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments within <br /> 10 ninety (90) days after written request for the same is made by <br /> 11 COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" , which is attached <br /> 12 hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as a <br /> 13 public roadway. <br /> 0 3 .
