94012631' , <br /> 1 20 by 20 foot corner cut-off (snipe) at the intersection with <br /> 2 Miner Avenue and 'a fifty-foot (501 ) radius turn-around at the <br /> 3 southerly end along the west property line of AP_11.143-350-04. <br /> 4 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 5 Minor Subdivision MS-91-16 , it is agreed by and between the <br /> 6 parties hereto as follows: <br /> 7 1. OWNER represents and warrants that he is the fee title <br /> 8 OWNER of the land described in Exhibit "A" which is attached <br /> 9 hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 10 2. OWNER agrees to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 11 clear of all taxes , liens, encumbrances and assessments <br /> 12 within ninety ( 90) days after written request for the same is <br /> 13 made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which is <br /> 14 attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to <br /> 15 be used as a public roadway. <br /> 16 3. This AGREEMENT, consisting of the burdens of conveying the <br /> 17 above said road to COUNTY, is intended to run with the land <br /> 18 described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part <br /> 19 hereof and is binding on the heirs , successors and assigns of <br /> 20 the OWNER and the benefit is to run to the successors and <br /> 21 assigns of COUNTY. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> -2- <br />
