EXHIBIT "A" <br /> All that certain real property situated in the unincorporated area, County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California, described as follows: <br /> A single parcel comprised of the following two (2) parcels: <br /> PARCEL ONE: <br /> A portion of the northwest quarter of Section thirty-six (36), Township five (5) <br /> North, Range six (6) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the west line of said northwest quarter of Section <br /> 36, with the north line of the south one-half of the south 60 acres of the west one- <br /> half of the northwest quarter of said Section 36 and being the north line of <br /> property as described in Deed to Gary E. Schrader et ux, recorded July 25, 1962 <br /> in Volume 2576 of Official Records, Page 375, San Joaquin County Records; <br /> thence easterly along the north line of said Schrader property, a distance of 300 <br /> feet; thence northerly and parallel with the west line of said Section 36, a <br /> distance of 300 feet; thence westerly and parallel with the north line of said <br /> Schrader property, a distance of 300 feet to the west line of said Section 36; - <br /> thence southerly along the west line of said Section 36, a distance of 300 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> PARCEL TWO: <br /> A portion of the northwest quarter of Section thirty-six (36), Township five (5) <br /> North, Range six (6) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the west line of said northwest quarter of <br /> Section 36, with the north line of the south one-half of the south 60 acres of the <br /> west one-half of the northwest quarter of said Section 36 and being the north line <br /> of property as described in Deed to Gary E.
