94017501 <br /> 1 Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a 22 foot wide strip along the north <br /> 2 line of APN 017-040-08 . <br /> 3 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 4 Use Permit UP-92-26 , it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as <br /> 5 follows : <br /> 6 1 . OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title OWNERS <br /> 7 of the land described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and <br /> 8 incorporated herein. <br /> 9 2 . OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 10 clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments within <br /> 11 ninety (90) days after written request for the same is made by <br /> 12 COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which is attached <br /> 13 hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as a <br /> 14 public roadway. <br /> 15 3 .
