OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 6 clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments within <br /> 7 ninety (90) days after written request for the same is made by <br /> 8 COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "Ell , which is attached <br /> 9 hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as a <br /> 10 public roadway. <br /> 11 3 .
