93t21324 <br /> 1 approval on December 10, 1991 a new General Plan was adopted <br /> 2 designating Roth Road as an 84 foot wide minor arterial street, <br /> 3 requiring an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a 12 foot wide strip along <br /> 4 the south line of APN: 193-320-16 on ROTH ROAD. <br /> 5 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 6 Time Extension for SA-92-9, it is agreed by and between the parties <br /> 7 hereto as follows: <br /> 8 1. OWNER represents and warrants that she is the fee title OWNER of <br /> 9 the land described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and <br /> 10 incorporated herein. <br /> 11 2 . OWNER agrees to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 12 clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments within <br /> 13 ninety (90) days after written request for the same is made by <br /> 14 COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" which is attached <br /> 15 hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as a <br /> 16 public roadway. <br /> 17 3 .
