EXHIBIT "A" <br /> • All that certain real property described in grant deed to Stockton Walker-Main, LP <br /> recorded November 7, 2005 as Document No. 2005-278794, San Joaquin County <br /> Records, said property being the 14.66 acre parcel described in Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment recorded February 11, 1994 as Instrument No. 94021121, San Joaquin County <br /> Records, situate in a portion of the northwest quarter of Section 66 of the C.M.
