1 require an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a twenty-five-foot (25') wide strip, including a <br /> 2 thirty-foot (30') by thirty-foot (30') corner cut-off on Woodbridge Road. <br /> 3 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of Use Permit <br /> 4 Application No. PA-0800317, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: <br /> 5 1. OWNERS represent and warrant that they are the fee title OWNERS of the land <br /> 6 described in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> 7 2. OWNERS agree to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and clear of all taxes, <br /> 8 liens, encumbrances and assessments within ninety (90) days after written request <br /> 9 for the same is made by COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B", which is <br /> 10 attached hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as a public <br /> 11 roadway. <br /> 12 3.
