x7063554 <br /> 1 Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a ten-foot wide strip on Yettner Road. <br /> 2 NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the approval of <br /> 3 Site Approval SA-96-27, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto <br /> 4 as follows : <br /> 5 1 . OWNER represents and warrants that it is the fee title OWNER of <br /> 6 the land described in Exhibit "A" , which is attached hereto and <br /> 7 incorporated herein. <br /> 8 2 . OWNER agrees to convey to COUNTY fee title interest free and <br /> 9 clear of all taxes, liens, encumbrances and assessments within <br /> 10 ninety (90) days after written request for the same is made by <br /> 11 COUNTY of the land described in Exhibit "B" , which is attached <br /> 12 hereto and incorporated herein. Said land is to be used as a <br /> 13 public roadway. <br /> 14 3 .
