Hazelton
Stockton, California 95688
Subject: Encroachment Permit Application and Traffic Control Plan
Periodic Ozone Injection
Sidewalk Right-of-Way
4100 E. Main Street
Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Cooper:
ATC Associates Inc:. (ATC) is proposing to conduct a series of ozone injections within the
existing monitoring wells currently installed in the sidewalk within the southern right-of-way in
front of 4100 E. Main Street. The location is just east of the intersection with Oro Street in
Stockton, California as shown in Figure 1.
These injections are part of a state-mandated groundwater degradation investigation and
remediation project that resulted from a gasoline release from an underground storage tank
system from the Jamar Service Station located at 4075 East Main Street, Stockton, California.
This project is being overseen by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
ATC has completed an encroachment permit application for this project and completed and
attached a traffic control plan to be used during the field work associated with this project.
The site plan (Figure 2) shows the proposed location of the existing monitoring wells MW713 and
MW7C in which the ozone injection is proposed and the vicinity covered in the traffic control
plan.
It is our understanding that once you review this plan you will inform us as to the amount of the
permit and the field inspection fees. Let us know if you need additional information.
Iktw4w `tlA.,. (/laths 'W , .D6 A,Irn. 40
