Duncan Road <br /> Linden, CA 95236 <br /> Dear Mr. Rademacher: <br /> It has care to out attention that a fence is in the process of being built, <br /> adjacent to your property, located on the north side of Milton Road at Duncan <br /> Road. <br /> This fence is encroaching approximately eight (8) feet within the County road <br /> right of way of Milton Road, which is sixty (60) feet wide at this location. <br /> In order to assure that the roadway right of way is safe for the traveling <br /> public, the fence must be removed. <br /> In the event the encroachment has not been removed by March 17, 1986, we will <br /> correct the matter for you and bill you accordingly, as provided for in <br /> Section 10-3108 of the Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County.
