Conform ® E.P. <br /> J_ GENERAL NOTES <br /> 00 <br /> Conform 1 1 . All earthwork, (except for final grading of the shoulders and placement <br /> of shoulder backing material) shall be completed prior to placing finished <br /> Existing Width course of asphalt concrete. <br /> 12' min. <br /> 2. The contractor shall conduct his earthwork operation so as not to modify <br /> 0.30' Asphalt Concrete over shaped or obstruct the existing drainage. <br /> and compacted native material. <br /> 3. Asphalt Concrete shall be placed as noted below: <br /> 0.25' A.C. Thickness —Two (2) layers of approximate equal thickness with <br /> pavement reinforcing fabric between the layers. <br /> 0.17' A.C. Thickness —One (1) layer with pavement reinforcing fabric on <br /> Variable depth Asphalt Concrete existing pavement. <br /> over existing paved driveway. <br /> 7. Existing Asphalt Concrete Dikes which are noted to remain in place shall <br /> R = Conform to existing radius. be sealed with asphalt emulsion as directed by the Engineer. Payment for <br /> TYPE E this work will be by Item #1 , Force Account. <br /> 8.
