Placement of asphalt concrete shall not begin until the asphalt concrete used in <br /> Andrea Ave. 01+50 to 13+25 Lt. T.S. Pavement Repair has been in place for 18 hours. <br /> Andrea Ave. 00+12 to 13+25 Rt. T.S. <br /> Cavan Ave. 10+55 to 27+00 Lt. T.S. 2. Frames and Covers for maintenance holes shall be adjusted to finished grade. <br /> Caran Ave. 10+55 to 27+00 Rt. T.S. Refer to Improvement St. No. CW—R36 for details. <br /> Joan Ave. 27+00 to 30+55 Lt. T.S. 3. Existing drainage facilities are to remain in place. The contractor shall conduct his <br /> Joan Ave. 27+00 to 30+55 Rt. S.B. work as not to modify or obstruct the existing drainage, unless otherwise shown on <br /> Edan Ave. 01+85 to 09+85 Lt. S.B. the plans. Care shall be taken during Pavement Repair to avoid damaging existing <br /> Edon Ave. 01+85 to 09+85 Rt. S.B. crossdrains. <br /> Leaf Ave. 00+10 to 02+20 Lt. S.B. 4. Surface preparation of the existing pavement (advance leveling and pothole repair) <br /> Leaf Ave. 00+10 to 01+75 Rt. S.B. shall be directed by the Engineer. I T.S. — 0.21' Overlay: (2) Two layers of approximately equal thickness with Pavement <br /> Reinforcing Fabric placed on Asphalt Concrete Leveling Course. <br /> 0.12' Overlay: (1) One layer over Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair. <br /> Cawtsf. <br /> 6. Shoulder Backing material at all radii shall be blended with the top 6" of native <br /> Limits of Clearing & Grubbing material as directed by the Engineer. Payment for blending shall be considered as <br /> a2' 10' included in the unit price paid for the Shoulder Backing item of work. <br /> Z 7. Shoulder Backing material (Top Soil) shall be placed in shoulder areas with existing <br /> finished Surface <br /> F Conform ( sod/lawn frontages.(See locations indicated in the Shoulder Schedule). Shoulder areas <br /> at locations indicated in the plans where (Top Soil) is required shall conform to the <br /> orequirements of Section 20-2.01 "Top Soil" of the Standard Specifications.
