<br />rights-of-way unless specifically so stated in the SpeciBl Provisions.and only under the conditions asprovided... <br />D;All structores to he buried within the County rights-of-way shall be set at such elevations as to allow minimum coverage ofthirty inches (30')to the <br />centerline of the roadways and twelve inches (12")at the bottOms ofborrow ditches each side of the roadways.The depths
