less than ene lane of the existipg CoUnl;yroad traveled waywill <br />be maintained open to public traffic during "iYOrking hours in a smootb..and safe riding condition(s).Two lanes shall be open after working hours. <br />2.In cases where road closure is permitted,the permission to close the road will be granted ooder .the condition that the Permittee notifY the <br />falfowing petSons and/or
