the County road rights-of-way.allunsightly and detrimental dirt.dust .and/or debris shall be removed and the construction <br />areas left in a neat and presentable condition(s)_ <br />L Ifnecessary.County road traveled way and driveway p~ents shall-be washed with wafer to re.m9ve diI!and dust. <br />2.Driveway approaches and field en!rance pavements damaged by equipment Drspoil banks shall be repaired as directed by the Engineer. <br />J.Upon request by the County,aoy settlement..sag"oing of surface.or cracking of pavementshaI1 be repaired immediately by and at the sole expense of the <br />Permittee for a period of one year fqIlowing acceptance of the work.
