Designation M294. <br />B.All concrete pipe joinb;with County road rights-of-way shall be sealed against leakage and/or.infiltration with robber gasket in conformance with Section65-1:06 of the CaliforniaStaDdard Specifications,or with otbermethods ~may be permitted UDdertht Special Provisions.. <br />C.Gast-in-place concrete pipe,vitrified clay pipe,spiral welded steel pipe,or conugated aluminum alfoy pipe shall not be installed within the County road <br />rights-of-way unless specifically so stated in the Speci81 Provisions,and only under the conditions as provided... <br />U All stmctnres to be buried within the County rights-of-way shaH be set at suc'll elevations as to allow minimum coverage of thirty inches (30jto the <br />centerline of the roadways and twelve inches (12j />REPAIRS OF THE COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY:, <br />A All excavations shall be backfilled and compacted immediately after work therein has been completed. <br />B.Trenched shall not be left open :further than 300 feet in advance of pipe laying operations,or 200 feet to the ~thereo~unless otherwise ~by theEngineer..'..c..Unless otherwise permitted under the Special Provisions,backfill tball be placed and mechanically compacted in'such a manner that the ~lativecompaction <br />thmugbout the eotire fill within the County road rigb,t-of-way shall copform tD the percentages of compaction as shown on the Treoch detail .. <br />D.Bacldill material shall be placed in horizontal uniform layers oot to exceed in thickness.before compaction,0.67 foot in the hedding region,one -foot where90%compaction is required.and two-feet where SO%compiWtion is required.. <br />E.No portion of the cxcavation(s)shall'be compacted by ponding orjetting tm1ess a maintenance bond is provided. <br />F.Gravel hacldill material shall be _culy where specifically so stated on th,face of the permit It shaI1be compacted by means ofahigh-frequency <br />intcmal vibrator,the compactor to be asize and type approved by tho lOStDr<dhnmediately upon backfilling of <br />the excavation to the original grades and cross sections,~dto a condition as good as,or bettu than existing prior to construction. <br />H.All sur.fBcing constructionancasle.tl in a neat and p""eotahle condition(s}. <br />L Ifnecessmy,County road traveled way and driveway PljVCIllentsshall'be washed with walertD mIlpve dir!and dust <br />2.Driveway approaches and field entrance pavements damaged by equipment or spoil banks shall he repaired as directed by th,Engineer. <br />J.Upon request hythe County,any sCll1emen~sagging ofsnrface,or cracking
