hours. <br />2.In cases whele road closure is pcnnitted,.the pennissiOD to close the road will be granted under the condition that the Permittee notify the <br />forrowing pelSOOSand/or agencies to AASHTO DcsignationM170M.. <br />.'2.For coocrete pipe lhirty-six inches (36")inside diameter and largor,lOinforced coo""to pipe confonning to AASHTO ~esignafion M 170M Classm.. <br />3.Plastic pipe conforming to AASHTO Designation M294. <br />B.All concreto pipe joinls with Cluoty road rights-of-way shall be scaled against leakage and/or infiltration with rubber gasket in conformance with
