<br />1.Unless otherwise permitted.all work shall be conducted in such a manner that no less than one Jane aftho cxisti~gCounty road traveled way will
<br />be maintained open to public traffic dwing working hours in a smooth.and safe riding condition(s).Two Janesshall be open after working hours.
<br />2.In cases whele road closure is pcnnitted,.the pennissiOD to close the road will be granted under the condition that the Permittee notify the
<br />forrowing pelSOOSand/or agencies oftho.time,the period of closnre,and-the detour route at least tWenty-four (24)hours prior to said.road closure.
