County of SaD.Joaqn.in.. <br />5.The Permittee also agrees by the acceptance of this perroit to ma..lce,.atits ovm expense,such repairs as Ii1ay be deemed necessa..ry by the <br />County Department ofPubIie Works. <br />6.It is further agreed by the Permittee thai whenever construction,reconstructioll_Dr maintenance work upon the highway is necessary,the <br />installation provided for herein shall"upon request of the COUllt)'DepartIuent orPublic Works,be :immediately moved or removed by and <br />at the sale expense of the Per:mittee. <br />7.No material used for £ill or b?~ckfi1lill the construction of the eilcroacbment shall be-borrowed or t2keu from wi.thin the Couuty right of <br />Vi'aY. <br />8.All work shall be planned and camed out willi as litde inconvenience as possible to />the protectlon of me 'traveling public.Traffic coIl;trol standards shall be utilized including barricades;approved signs and lights;and <br />flagmen,as required by the partlcuJ,ar work in progress. <br />9.The Permittee,by the acceptance or this permit,shall assume full responsibility for allliahiliiy for personal injury or damage to property <br />which may arise out offue work herem permitted moistened as necessary and thoroughly compacted with mechanical means.IfreqUired by the Couuty Director <br />of Public "VITorks,such backfill shall consist of gravel or crushed rock.The PeImiitee shall maintain the surface over sillicIDres placed <br />hereunder as may be necessary to insure the retlli.ll of the roadway to a completely stable condition and until relieved of such responsibility <br />by the County"Department of Public Works.Wherever a gravel,crushed rock or asphalt surface is removed or damaged in tile course of <br />work relm-ed to the permitted encroachment,such material shall either be separately stored md replaced in the madw.ay as nearly as <br />possible in its original &'"r.a:teor shall be replaced in kind,and "!heroadway shall be left in at least as good a cond1tioll as it was before the <br />commencement of operations of placing the encroachment structure. <br />11.Whenever it becomes necessa..-y to secure permission.from abutt:hLg property owners for the proposed work,such authority must be secured <br />by the Pemrittee prior tu starting work <br />12.The current and future safety and COllvenience ofllie traveling public shall be giveu every'consideration in the location.and ~efuods of <br />construction utilized. <br />13.The Permittee is respousible for the preservatioll of survey monuments loca.."edv.-itbin the Erea of\"-I'Orkherem permitted.Prior to the start <br />of construction"survey monuments that potentially may be disturbed shall be located and referenced by a Licensed Laud Sll.t"'"l'eyoI,and a <br />Comer Record filed with the County Slliveyor.Any Survey Monuments disturbed dlli-ing the course of COnstruCTIDllshall be reest:ililished <br />by a Licensed L3D.d Surveyor and another Corner Record
