<br />9.The Permittee,by the acceptance or this permit,shall 8£sume full responsibility for all liability ror personal injury or damage to property

<br />work provided under this permit In -llie event any claim of such liability is made against the County of San Joaquin or any department,

<br />work related to the permitted encroachment,such illsterial shall either be separately stored and replaced in the roadw.ay as nearly as
<br />possible in rLSorigl-llal state or shall be replaced in kind,and the roadway shall be left in at least as good a cond1tion as it was before the
<br />commencement of operations of placing me encroachment structu.t-e..
<br />11.'Wlle:never it becomes necessary to secure permission from abuttiJlg property O\vners for me proposed work,such authority must be sec-ured
<br />by the Permittee prior in starting work.
<br />12.The current and future safety and convenience of the traveling public shall be given every.consideration in.me location and ~ethods of
<br />construcno:n utilized.

<br />.of construcnon.,survey monuments that potentially may be disturbed sh:ill be located and.referenced.by a Licensed Land Slli\'eyor,and a
<br />Corner Record filed with the County Slliveyor.p..ny Survey Monuments disturbed dnring:the course of construcTIon shall be reestililished
<br />by a Licensed Laud Surveyor and another Corner Record filed with the Counfy Sunreyo~.(L8lld Slli--veyors'Act Section 8771)
