securedbythePermitteepriorto~g ,,,ark <br />12.The current and future safety and convenience of the traveling public shaII be given e"¥ery'consideration in.the location and ~thods ofconsi:ruction utilized. <br />13.The Per:mittee is responsible for the preservatiDIl of survey monuments locared mthin.the area of'i'i'Orkhereinpermitted.Prior to the start <br />.of construction,.survey monuments that poterLtially may be disturbed shall be located and referenced by a Licensed Land SllJ.\reyor~and a <br />Comer Record filed with the County Sllil'eyor.Any Survey Monuments disturbed d.uring the CDmse of construction shall be reest3blished <br />by a Licens~Laud Surveyor and another Comer Record filed with the County Surveyo~.(Land.Sur'ireyors'Act Section 8771) <br />14.Prior to
