THESE FOUR CONTROL MONUMENTS WERE <br />DETERMINED TO BE THE BEST REMAINING EVIDENCE OF THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br />LOCATION. THEY WERE HELD FOR RE-ESTABLISHING THE CALTRANS ROW IN ITS <br />RECORD LOCATION. <br />THE SECTION CORNER MONUMENTS COMMON TO SECTIONS 25-30-31-36 AND <br />30-29-32-31 ARE NOT THE IDENTICAL MONUMENTS TO THOSE USED IN REFERENCE <br />[1].
