The new leach field area of Lot 3 is hereby corrected and is now described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the proposed leach field for Lot 3 as shown on said subdivision map; thence North 55° East along the southeasterly boundary of said proposed leach field, 291 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly boundary, North 0" 32' West parallei with the east boundary of said Lot 3, for a distance of I' feet; thence North 88° 38' West parallel with the north boundary of said Lot 3, for a distance of 17 feet; thence South 550 West 192 feet; thence sortherly 28 feet to a point on a line parallel with, and 33 feet distant by right angle measurement, from the southeasterly boundary of said Lot 3; thence along said parallel line South 55° West, 77 feet; thence southerly 34 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 12,290 square feet, more or less. The well area of Lot 3 is hereby corrected and is now described as e0 feet east of the west boundary, and 76 feet south of the north boundary of said Lot 3.
