<br />CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
<br />_ As provided in Section 66469 through 66472, inclusive,of the Government
<br />Code of the State of California, this Certificate of Correction is made to
<br />correct the location of the proposed leach field area and well, as shown on Lot
<br />21, Amended Map of TRACT NO.1486, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, OAK CREEK
<br />UNIT NO. 2, filed for record June 11, 1980 in Volume 25 of Maps and Plats, page
<br />53, San Joaquin County Records.
<br />The new location of the well site on said Lot 21 is hereby relocated to be
<br />N 26°58121" E, 127.0 feet, and S 63°01'39" E, 43.0 feet from the Lot corner
<br />common to said Lot 21, Lot 22 and Mosher Drive.
<br />The new leach field area is hereby relocated as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 21, also being the
<br />northeast corner of Lot 22; thence N 89°31130" Ea 116.00 feel; thence
<br />S 00-28130" E, 39.00 feet to the northwest corner of the new leach
<br />field; thence N 89°31'30" E, 138.00 feet; thence S 35'45' E, 27.09
<br />feet to a point 50 feet from the southeasterly line of Lot 21, said
<br />lot line also being the north line of Mosher Slough; thence parallel
<br />with and 50 feet from said north line of Mosher Slough S 54'15' W,
<br />99.75 feet; thence S 83'23'02" W, 72.63 feet; thence N 00°28'30" W,
<br />87.49 feet to the aforesaid northwest corner of the new leach field
<br />area, said new leach field area containing 10,010 square feet, more or
<br />less.
<br />The present fee owner of the property is NOR—CAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICE,
<br />INC., a California Corporation.
