The reference to said Gas Line Easement is hereby corrected to read as follows: 20 FOOT P. G. & E. UNDERGROUND GAS LINE EASEMENT LYING EQUALLY 10 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE CENTERLINE O.R. 1926-23.
