<br />CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
<br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government
<br />Code of the State of California, this Certificate of Correction is made to
<br />note the placement of certain property corner and street centp-line monuments,
<br />as shown and designated on that certain map of Tract No. 2097, jbdivisions of
<br />San Joaquin county, VINTAGE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, filed for record March 25,
<br />1988, in Book of Maps and Plats, Volume 28, page 85, San Joaquin County
<br />Records, as follows:
<br />1) Property corner monuments for Lots 1 thru 45, inclusive, and Lots 53
<br />thru 109, inclusive, described and designated as 3/4" x 30" long iron pipes,
<br />have been set and tagged "L.S. 5340". Monuments for Lots 46 thru 52,
<br />inclusive have been set by others.
<br />2) Centerline of street monuments, described and designated as 3/4" x 30"
<br />long iron pipes set in monument wells, have been set and tagged "L.S. 5340".
<br />The monuments were set prior to the acceptance of subdivision improvements by
<br />the City of Manteca. The fee owners of the land at the time were Raymus Real
<br />Estate and Insurance, Inc., a California corporation, and Albert Brocchini
<br />Farms, Inc., a California corporation, DBA B & B Farms, Inc.
<br />This is to certify that the above Certificate of Correction was prepared by me
<br />or under the direction and control of the undersigned Licensed Land Surveyor.
