Rear lot comers of Lots 162-173 to be witnessed 5.00 feet southerly from rear lot corners along lot <br />lines with 3/4 " x 24" iron pipe with plastic plug stamped P.L.S. 7788 to avoid conflict with an <br />existing masonry wall. <br />2. The northwest comer of Lot 174 to be witnessed bearing South 45020'08" East 7.18 feet from <br />actual lot comer with a 3/4 " x 24" iron pipe with plastic plug stamped P.L.S. 7788 to avoid <br />conflict with an existing masonry wall. <br />3. The northeast corner of Lot 175 to be witnessed bearing South 44°39'52" West 6.97 feet from <br />actual lot corner with a 3/4 " x 24" iron pipe with plastic plug stamped P.L.S. 7788 to avoid <br />conflict with an existing masonry wall. <br />The fee owner of the real property, on the date of the filing of the original map, affected by this Correction <br />is as follows: <br />PAPYRUS, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company <br />1974 UNIT 4 COC.DOC <br />3/3/06 <br />
