In lieu of the 1/4" iron pins, chiseled crosses were set on a 2' offset, perpendicular to the property line. The monuments, chiseled crosses, set for the front lot corners of Lots 16 through 18, and being also the Northeast corner of Lot 15 and the Southeast corner of Lot 19, were set on a 5.5' offset on the lot line projection for lots facing Simbad Court due to the type of sidewalk constructed.
