':UESI of CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION F F E — As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of California, this Certification of Correction is made to correct the reference to Lot 48 of Morse Colony in the title block, the distances along the north and south lines of Parcels A and B, and the net acreage of said Parcels A and B, as shown on Parcel hlap filed for record November 4, 1983, in Book 12 of Parcel Maps, at page 98, San Joaquin County Records. The reference to "Lot 18 of Morse Colony" in the title block shown thereon is hereby corrected to read "Lot 48 of Morse Colony". The dimensional arrows along the easterly extension of the north and south lines of Parcels A and B indicating the overall distances of said extended lines as being to the west line of Micke Grove Road (40 -feet), are hereby corrected to indicate said overall distances as being to the centerline of said Micke Grove Road. The detail reference for the extended south line of said Parcel A and the extended north line of said Parcel B as shown thereon, is hereby corrected accordingly. The distance shown for the south line of Parcel A as 607.45' is hereby corrected to read 587.451. The distance shown for the common line between Parcels A and B as 606.67' is hereby corrected to read 586.67' The distance shown for the north line of Parcel B as 605.93' is hereby corrected to read 585.931. The roadway acreage of Parcel A is hereby corrected to read 0.34 acre with net acreage of said Parcel A corrected to read 4.68 acres. The roadway acreage of Parcel B is hereby corrected to read 0.34 acre with net acreage of said Parcel R corrected to read 4.68 acres.
