The above Parcel Map is hereby corrected to show a course of: - South 0120'37" East 79.27 feet for the West line of Parcel 'A' - South 0020'37" East 99.39 feet for the East line of Parcel 'A' - South 0020'37" East 99.39 feet for the West line of Parcel 'B' - South 0020137" East 79.51 feet for the East line of Parcel 'B' The Parcel is hereby corrected to show: - Parcel 'A' contains an area of 9849 square feet - Parcel 'B' contains an area of 9852 square feet Monuments affected by the above changes, have been reset to their correct positions.
