<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following change(s) on that certain final map of
<br />"Tract No. 3505, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, Sundance, Unit No. 2", City of Manteca, California,
<br />filed for record the 28th day of February, 2017, in Book 42 of Maps and Plats, at Page 76, San Joaquin
<br />County Records:
<br />1. Correct Note 1., Front lot corners referenced with saw cut cross in concrete, at a 4.00 -foot
<br />offset from the front lot corners in lieu of the 3.00 -foot stated on the final map, except for the
<br />front lot corners of Lots 40-41, 55-56 and 100-101.
<br />2. Correct Note 2., Witness Corners: Front lot corners, set 3/4" I.D. x 30" I.P. tagged L.S. 8159
<br />on lot line at offset indicated in lieu of the 0.50 -foot distance from lot corner as stated on the
<br />final map.
<br />3. Correct the rear monuments set, as 3' witness corners for the rear lot corners for lots 75 thru
<br />79, 123 thru 125, 43 thru 45, and 58 thru 66 in lieu of the actual corners set as stated on the
<br />final map.
