<br />CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION FOR CITY OF LODI FINAL MAP
<br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Cade of the State of
<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following change(s) on that certain final map
<br />of "Tract No. 3905, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, Harvest Crossing", City of Lodi, California, filed
<br />for record the 8th day of June, 2017, in Book 42 of Maps and Plats, at Page 87, San Joaquin County
<br />Records:
<br />1. Correct the position of the front lot corner monument common to Lots 19 and 20, a 3/4" Iron
<br />Pipe tagged "L.S. 8159", set 4.00' from the actual corner on the lot line as a witness corner, in
<br />lieu of the 1.00' witness corner set on line as indicated on sheet 2 of 5 sheets of the final
<br />map.
<br />2. Correct the position of the rear lot Corner monuments common to Lots 29 and 32, a 3/4" Iron
<br />Pipe tagged "L.S. 8159", set 3.00' north from the actual corners on the lot line as witness
<br />corners, in lieu of the actual corners set on line as indicated on sheet 4 of 5 sheets of the final
<br />map.
<br />3. Correct the position of the east lot corner monuments common to Lots 33 and 34, and Lots
<br />34 and 39, a 3/4" Iron Pipe tagged "L.S. 8159", set 3.00' west from the actual corners on the
<br />lot line as witness corners, in lieu of the actual corners set as indicated on sheet 4 of 5 sheets
<br />of the final map.
<br />4. Correct the northwest lot corner monument of Lot 3, a nail set in stainless steel disc stamped
<br />"SURVEY MARKER L.S. 8159", in lieu of the actual corner set as indicated on sheet 4 of 5
<br />sheets of the final map.
<br />5. Correct the northeast lot corner monument of Lot 3, a nail set in stainless steel disc stamped
<br />"SURVEY MARKER L.S. 8159", set 3.00' west from the actual corner on the lot line as a
<br />witness corner, in lieu of the actual comer set as indicated on sheet 4 of 5 sheets of the final
<br />map.
