Note 1 under Notes should read: "All lot corners to be monumented with a 3/4" x 24" iron <br />pipe with plastic cap stamped LS 6953, unless otherwise noted. Rear lot corners of Lots <br />143 - 153 to be offset 3' from actual corner along property line or as shown herein to <br />avoid conflict with wall and the east corners of Parcel 'B' to be offset 10' along the North <br />and South property line to avoid existing improvements. Property line distances are from <br />lot corner to lot corner." <br />2. Note 2 under Notes should read: "All right-of-way points of curvature to be monumented <br />with a 3/4" x 24" iron pipe with plastic cap stamped LS 6953." <br />3. The witness corner <br />has been set at a 3.00 feet offset from the North and West lot line. Character of the <br />witness corner is a 314" iron pipe with plastic plug stamped "LS 6953". <br />2. A witness corner has been set for the Northeast corner of Lot 123 and the Northwest <br />corner of lot 122. The witness corner has been set at a 3.00 feet offset along the <br />common line between Lots 122 and 123. Character of the witness corner is a 3/4" iron <br />pipe with plastic plug stamped "LS 6953". <br />3. A witness corner has been set for the Northeast corner of Lot 122 and the Northwest <br />corner of lot 116. The witness corner has been set at a 3.00 feet offset along the <br />common line between Lots 116 and 122. Character of the witness corner is a 3/4" iron <br />pipe with plastic plug stamped "LS 6953". <br />4. A witness corner has been set for the North most corner of Lot 116 and the <br />Northwesterly corner of lot 115.
