THE NORTHERLY LINE OF HALL AVENUE WAS ESTABLISHED USING THE MONUMENTS FOUND AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 22 AND THE NORTHWEST <br />CORNER OF LOT 24. THE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 18 WAS USED TO CORROBORATE THIS LINE. <br />6. THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOTS 11 AND 17 WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING THE MONUMENTS FOUND AS SHOWN. <br />7. THE NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT 17 (AND SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOTS 10 AND 11) WAS ESTABLISHED BY USING THE AVERAGE OF THE BEARINGS <br />ESTABLISHED FOR LEARNED AVENUE AND HALL AVENUE AND RUNNING WESTERLY FROM THE MIDPOINT OF THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOTS 11 AND 18 AS <br />ESTABLISHED. THIS LINE FOLLOWS THE EXISTING FENCE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THIS BOUNDARY. <br />8. THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF MARIPOSA ROAD SHOWN HEREON IS BASED SOLELY UPON THE MAP OF MARIPOSA HEIGHTS (REFERENCE A). THE LOCATION <br />WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE RECORD DISTANCE FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11 ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LEARNED AVENUE <br />AND THE RECORD DISTANCE FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 17 ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF HALL AVENUE. THIS RESULTED IN THE <br />NORTHERLY LINE OF LOT 17 MEASURING SHORTER THAN THE DISTANCE SHOWN ON REFERENCE A. THE DIMENSIONS FOR THESE LINES ON THAT MAP DO <br />NOT CLOSE MATHEMATICALLY. SOME OF THE MAPS AVAILABLE SHOW MARIPOSA ROAD AS HAVING A WIDTH OF 80 FEET, HOWEVER NO MONUMENTS WERE <br />FOUND ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE TO USE TO ESTABLISH THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM THAT INFORMATION.
