Monuments shown as set on the map are 3/4" x 24" iron pipe w/plastic plug, tagged <br />PLS 8040. <br />2. A nail with brass tag stamped LS 8040 was placed at the northwest corner of Parcel 2. <br />3. A nail with brass tag stamped LS 8040 was placed at the east end of the course identified <br />as N89'1 3' 15"W 12.42', near the northwest corner of Parcel 3. <br />4. A nail with brass tag stamped LS 8040 was placed at the southeast end of the course <br />identified as N44°48'35"W 55.97', near the northeast corner of Parcel 4. <br />POSITION OF MONUMENTS <br />5. Due to conflict with a wall footing at the southwest comer of Parcel 2, also being the <br />northwest corner of Parcel 1, a witness corner was placed NO°07'05"W 3.00' and <br />S89013'1 5"E 3.00' from the position indicated on the map. <br />6. Due to conflict with a building foundation footing at the southeast corner of Parcel 2, also <br />being the southwest corner of Parcel 3, a witness comer was placed 1.00' northerly of the <br />position indicated on the map, measured along the common parcel line. <br />7. Due to conflict with existing site improvements at the southwest corner of Parcel 1, a <br />witness corner was placed 2.00' easterly of the position indicated on the map, measured <br />along the parcel line. <br />These corrections do not affect the size, shape, or location of any lot within said subdivision. <br />Pursuant to the California Subdivision Map Act Section 66470: <br />The name of the fee owner at the time of recordation of the Final Map was: <br />Ripon Garden Apartments, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
