Abandonment will be in <br /> September 16, 1988. The activities <br /> accordance with procedures outlined in the well <br /> will include the fol low gent plan dated <br /> 1• Finish abandoning inner perimeter dewatering wells, groundwater <br /> monitoring wells, and piezometers not extending below the base of <br /> the excavation by complete removal during late January-early <br /> February. <br /> 2.
