Facility Map: <br /> 1. Each facility map must be submitted on the 8 .5" x 11" map <br /> page form. <br /> 2 . Each facility map must be numbered, starting with number <br /> Map#1. Map#1 must show the entire facility and adjacent <br /> property use. <br /> 3 . Your facility map must show the type of container and the <br /> location of each of the hazardous materials listed in the <br /> inventory. <br /> 4 . Your facility map must show the following information: <br /> loading areas, internal roads, adjacent property use, access <br /> and egress roads, underground water systems or wells, parking <br /> lots, storm drains, sewer drains, flow of surface water, <br /> employee evacuation assembly area, facility entrances & exits, <br /> spill control equipment, emergency respirators, first aid <br /> supplies, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, eye wash stations, <br /> and shut off valves. <br /> 5. The Sub-Site Maps must be clearly named with the portion of <br /> your facility being shown. The name must include the grid <br /> coordinates of the Primary Site Map which are covered by the <br /> Sub-Site Map, e.g. Primary Production Building (D-2) . "D-2" <br /> refers to the portion of the Primary Site Map where the Primary <br /> Production Building is located. The Sub-Site Maps must show all <br /> required information that is not shown on the Primary Site Map. <br />
