For violations of the Second Cause of Action, that defendants herein be assessed a civil <br /> 2 penalty of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00), for each day a violation of Health and Safety <br /> 3 Code Sections 25503.5 or 25505 except as to those knowing violations for which a civil penalty of <br /> 4 FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) per day should be assessed in a total amount according <br /> 5 to proof but no less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00). <br /> 6 13. Defendants JUAN O. MORGA herein be assessed a civil penalty of TWO THOUSAND <br /> 7 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00) for each act of unfair competition, in an amount <br /> 8 according to proof but not less than ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00), <br /> 9 pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17206; <br /> 10 4. Defendants JUAN'S AUTO REPAIR herein be assessed a civil penalty of SIX <br /> 11 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($6,000.00) for each act of unfair competition, in an amount according to <br /> 12 proof but not less than ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($125,000.00), <br /> 13 pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17206; <br /> 14 5. Plaintiff recover its costs. <br /> 15 6.
