The site map did not include the locations of all the <br />chemicals/loading areas stored onsite (excluding DHS/SSI chemicals). The site map did not include the location of <br />Adjacent street(s). The site map did not include the locations of storm and sewer drains. A site map shall contain a <br />north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br />emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br />response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br />“NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br />upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Onsite to conduct a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was one violation during the <br />inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 08/11/2018 . <br />Notes: <br />Chemicals Federal Hazard Categories were corrected onsite at the time of the inspection. <br />Chlorine is a an SSI/DHS chemical. The location of the chemical will not be included on the site map. Location <br />of the chemical is known to the EHD and the local emergency responders. Also the facility agreed to keep <br />onsite a copy of a site map that includes the location of the chlorine/loading area(s) if requested by the CUPA <br />inspector/emergency responders. <br /> <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
