The law also states <br /> that businesses may be assessed fees to cover those costs incurred by the <br /> Administering Agency to administer the program. <br /> Attached you will find a bill for the 1992 HMMP Program fees. Please remit <br /> your payment to the Office of Emergency Services within 30 days of receipt <br /> of this letter. A 10% late fee will be assessed if your payment is <br /> �► delinquent. <br /> Should you have any questions, please call OES at (209) 468-3969.
