In the <br />event of emergency make sure "EMERGENCY STOP" button is pushed in and in lock <br />positions. <br />In the event of emergency call 911 and or seek immediate medical help and notify <br />supervisor. <br />Some car wash chemicals are caustic and should not come in direct contact with bare skin <br />or eyes. Always use proper gear like protective gloves and eye goggles. If contacted in <br />the eyes or on skin flush it with water and repeat it until irritation is gone and or seek <br />immediate medical physician. <br />LODI URGENT CARE <br />900 S. FAIRMONT AVE SUIT A <br />LODI, CA 95240 <br />209-333-2500 <br />When lifting heavy items, obtain solid footing, keep back straight, lift straight up and <br />push with your legs. <br />Never stand in front of the car when guiding it on to the conveyor, or once it's moving. <br />Car wash employees should never drive a vehicle with a door open or foot outside the <br />vehicle. <br />Do not use tools or extension cords that have splices or exposed wires and do not handle <br />or operate electrical equipment when hands are wet or when standing on wet floor. <br />Be sure that the vehicle is fully stopped and the transmission is in "Park" or "Neutral" <br />and the parking brake is engaged, before allowing anyone to get out of the vehicle. <br />Never touch equipment when they are in operation, injuries can occur if a holes held by <br />an employee gets caught in running conveyor belts or spinning equipment. <br />Safety is number one! <br />Ellis Management <br />
